  I took the kids here for ice cream and specified that I wanted to get the Buy one get one free Sundae on Wednesdays. The girl helping me asked what size and I said Jr. When I go to pay I was charged for 2 JR sundaes because the girl did not specify that only Sm, M, Lg qualified for the free. Adding to my frustration, when I got the sundaes they were soupy mess since the soft serve was not quite ready. When I raised my concern I was given a "Umm sorry". Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment with thier unhelpful and unfriendly workers.
