  I have been a patient with them for over 2 years and i have to admit the first year was great. They would call me to remind me about appointments. They would call me if I haven’t been in for a while to make sure I’m up to date on my medication.
  
  That was the first year. Slowly they got worse and worse. They don’t EVER pick up their phone. Don’t bother going by their hours on their home page because they’re never open when they say they are
  
  I use stelara for my psoriasis and it’s a special medication to order with my insurance. Except my insurance always calls to verify and has the same issues trying to contact them through phone! So my medication never gets ordered on time.
  
  It’s sad but I’ve been with them so long and I’ve tried to stay a loyal customer but they constantly keep failing me.
